Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How efficient is VNC 4D Mascara ?

A. Yes. Just remember, like with all makeup products, you have to make it your own and play around with it to see what works best for your lashes.

Q. Are they hard to apply?

A. No. You could put them on with no problem at all. It takes you about as long to apply them as it did to put the normal 3 coats of mascara – about 2 min for both eyes.

Q. Are they hard to remove?

A. Not at all. In fact, they come off with less mess than regular waterproof mascara. It doesn’t leave you with raccoon eyes. Just use water, or a washcloth with a little soap and water. But if you use eyeliner or eyeshadow etc.), use make up remover.

Q. Do the Green tea fibers (B) flake/fall off in your eyes?

A. No. You can wear them for up to 16 hours, and they do not smudge off under eyes, and look as good as they did when you first applied them.

Q. Do they feel heavy?

A. No more so than regular mascara. They are not heavy at all, and kept lashes curled the entire day – total bonus.

Q. What countries, territories, etc. VnC Mascara is available?

A. Japan, Philippines, United States, Sri Lanka.

Q. How does the VnC 4D Fiber mascara work?

A. It works by layering our two products, to achieve your desired effect. The first layer is our Collagen transplanting gel (A), then an application of all natural green tea fibers (b), sealed with another coat of Collagen transplanting gel (A). If desired, more coats can be added. If you do so, always end with the Collagen transplanting gel. A B A ( that’s one coat)

Q. I feel like after a week or 2 the fibers aren’t on the applicator like they are when you first open it. Do they stick to the inside of the tube? Any remedy for this? I was told to put the tube on a cup of warm water for a few minutes but that didn’t work either.

A. The wand can get too many fibers on it, so about once every week or two, scrape some off the wand. Slightly loosen the cap on the fiber tube, and turning it upside down, tap it on the edge of a counter. This helps to loosen all the fibers, that have become compacted In the bottom of the tube. Another remedy, is to unbend a Bobby pin, and stir” the tube.

Q. My eyes look like spider eyes. What did I do wrong?

A. It sounds like you are putting them on, too thick. Try applying thinner layers, and slowly building up to the length you want

Q. Can you sleep in them?

A. “Sleeping in your eye makeup will not cause fine lines or acne on the skin, but it can still lead to problems . “Mascara can be rubbed by your pillow and end up in your eyes, which can lead to significant eye irritation. I recommend keeping makeup remover pads by your bed, to wipe across your face and eyes on those nights when you don’t have time to properly cleanse before getting into bed. Sleeping in eye makeup repeatedly may result in the clogging of the tiny hair follicles and oil glands on your eyelids. When these areas become clogged, bacteria can build up and cause inflammation..”

Q. Do your lashes fall off after daily consecutive wear? I want to buy it but I’m afraid if it will damage my eyelashes.

A. Many used the 4D fiber mascara for a year now, and have not had any damage to my lashes. In fact, they are actually longer and softer. In discussions with others who have used it long term, they have experienced the same results.

Q. Why am I getting fibers on my face from VnC 4D Fiber Lash mascara?

A. We never personally had this problem, but the answer lies in the application. Apply the (A) Collagen Transplanting gel to the entire lash, and apply the (B) Greentea fibers on the tips of your lashes only, then follow up with another full coat of (A) Collagen Transplanting gel.

Always, and I mean always, end with a coat of the (A) Collagen transplanting gel. It is what draws the (B) fibers out for length, and seals the fibers to your lashes. Also, less fibers is more. If you wish for more length, add another coat. However, remember: gel, fibers, gel. (A B A ). Never end with the (B) fibers step.

Q. Is this hypoallergenic / waterproof?

A. Yes, it is hypoallergenic. As to waterproof, it is technically classified as water resistant.

Q. Can I wear VnC 4D Fiber Lash mascara with contact lenses?

A. Yes. Approximately 40% of my customers wear contacts. We had a woman report she had issues with fibers getting in her eyes. That is one women in over 100 customers of mine that wear contacts. Just make sure you apply generous amounts of (A) Collagen transplanting gel then apply the (B) fiber and set with (A) Collagen transplanting gel again to ensure that your extensions do not become loose and irritate your eye.

Q. Can I swim with my VNC mascara on?

A. No, since fiber lashes are easily removed with warm water we do not recommend swimming while wearing as the temperature might cause them to loosen.

Q. Can you apply VNC mascara the same as any mascara?

A. No, with this mascara you need to apply only one eye at a time as the (A) Collagen transplanting gel will set quickly.

Q. How do I apply Green Tea Fiber Lashes?

Q. How many applications can I expect out of my set of (B) Green Tea Fiber Lashes?

Q. What if the Green Tea fiber become loose and falls on your face?

If this happens you need to make sure you apply more (A) Collagen transplanting gel to seal them on to your eyelashes properly. This will stop the fiber falling on to your face.

Q. My eyelashes are naturally straight and I have to curl them. But the only mascara that keeps them curled is waterproof, will this keep them curled?

Absolutely Yes it will keep it curled.

Q. I order this product and my (B) Greetea natural fiber tube is dry?

Yes, the fiber tube is supposed to be dry. If it was wet, the fibers would stick together and clump more.
